OSEEDY TERMS OF SERVICE

These terms apply when you use oseedy.life or purchase Oseedy products. Oseedy is a trading name of The Bouzi Club Ltd, registered in England and Wales under company number 16416411, with registered office at 124 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom. You must use the website lawfully and provide accurate, current information when ordering. You must not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorised access, or use its content in a way that infringes another person’s rights.
We take reasonable care to describe and photograph products accurately. Colours and packaging may vary slightly between screens, batches and product updates. Always read the ingredients, allergen information, storage instructions and best-before details supplied with the product before use.
Our products are foods and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Product information is general and is not medical advice. If you have an allergy, intolerance, medical condition, are pregnant, or take medication, check the label and seek appropriate professional advice before use. Products may be prepared in a facility that handles other allergens; refer to each product page and pack for current details.
Prices are shown in pounds sterling. We are not VAT registered. Delivery charges and any other applicable costs are shown before you place an order. Payment must be authorised using one of the methods offered at checkout.
Your checkout submission is an offer to purchase. An order is accepted when we send an order confirmation or begin fulfilment. We may reject or cancel an order before acceptance where a product is unavailable, pricing or product information is incorrect, payment is not authorised, or we reasonably suspect fraud or misuse. If payment has been taken for a cancelled order, we will refund it.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays outside our reasonable control, but we will keep you informed where practicable. Risk passes to you when the order is delivered to the address supplied. Please see our Shipping Policy for current destinations, charges and estimates.
Your cancellation and return rights are described in our Return and Refund Policy. Because our products are food, opened or unsealed items cannot normally be returned unless faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Discounts, bundles and promotional offers may have additional conditions and may be changed or withdrawn where permitted by law. Unless stated otherwise, offers cannot be exchanged for cash or combined.
The Oseedy name, branding, packaging, illustrations, photographs, copy and website content belong to us or our licensors. You may use the website for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, sell or commercially exploit our content without written permission.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or breach of your statutory consumer rights. Subject to that, we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable, business losses, or loss caused by your failure to follow product instructions.
Our store may use or link to third-party services such as Shopify, payment providers, couriers and social platforms. Their own terms and privacy policies may apply to your use of those services.
We may update the website and these terms from time to time. Changes apply from the date published and do not affect orders already accepted. We may suspend parts of the website for maintenance, security or operational reasons.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts where consumer law allows.
