OSEEDY RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Oseedy is a trading name of The Bouzi Club Ltd. This policy explains your rights to return, exchange or get a refund for items bought from oseedy.life, and sits alongside (and does not limit) your statutory rights as a UK consumer under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or different from what you ordered, contact us at hello@oseedy.life within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will offer a replacement, repair or full refund, including any reasonable delivery costs, at no cost to you.
Because our products are food items sold in hygiene-sealed packaging, and in line with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, the right to cancel for a change of mind does not apply once a product's seal has been broken or the product has been opened, except where the item is faulty or not as described.
If your seasoning or seed blend has not been opened and its seal is intact, you may cancel your order and request a refund within 14 days of receiving it. Contact us at hello@oseedy.life to arrange this; you will be responsible for the cost of returning the unopened item unless it is faulty.
Once we've received and inspected your return (or confirmed a fault from your photos), we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a faulty item.
If you'd like a different size or flavour instead of a refund, email hello@oseedy.life and we'll do our best to arrange an exchange, subject to stock availability.
If you need to cancel or change an order, contact us as soon as possible at hello@oseedy.life. We can usually cancel or amend an order free of charge if it has not yet been dispatched; once dispatched, the returns process above applies.
