Oseedy (“we”, “us” or “our”) is a trading name of The Bouzi Club Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 16416411. We are not VAT registered. Our registered office is 124 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom. We are the data controller responsible for your personal data under the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018.
This policy explains how we collect, use, store and share personal data when you visit oseedy.life, place an order, join our mailing list, contact us or otherwise interact with our store.
Information you provide: your name, email address, phone number, billing and delivery address, order details, product preferences, account information, messages, reviews and feedback.
Payment information: payments are processed by Shopify Payments and any other payment methods displayed at checkout. We do not store complete card details, although we may receive transaction references, payment status and limited billing information.
Information collected automatically: IP address, device and browser information, approximate location, pages viewed, cart and checkout activity, cookies and website-performance data.
Information from third parties: we may receive information from Shopify, payment providers, delivery partners, analytics providers, advertising platforms and customer-support services.
Our lawful bases are performance of a contract, our legitimate interests in operating and improving the business, your consent, and compliance with legal obligations.
We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the website, remember your cart and preferences, understand website usage and, where you consent, measure advertising. Our store is not intended for children to purchase from independently, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
